Welcome to All In One Renovation Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before continuing.


1. Services Provided

We specialise in a range of home improvement and construction services, including but not limited to:
• Bathroom renovations
• Kitchen renovations
• Plumbing and electrical work
• Building work and extensions

All services are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, including BS 7671 for electrical work.


2. Quotations and Estimates

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Changes to the scope of work after acceptance of a quotation may result in additional charges.
• Estimates are not binding and may vary based on project specifics or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Booking and Payments

• A deposit of 10% is required to confirm the booking.
• Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfers.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 days before the project start date to qualify for a refund of the deposit.
• Refunds may be subject to deductions for administrative fees or costs already incurred (e.g., materials purchased).


5. Warranties

• We provide a warranty for labour only for a period of 10 months. This covers workmanship-related issues arising directly from our services.
• Material defects or failures are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• The warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect
– Damage caused by third-party interference or improper maintenance
– Issues arising from pre-existing conditions that were not visible or disclosed before the start of work


6. Completion Checklist and Customer Sign-Off ✅

At the end of the project, we will conduct a Final Completion Walkthrough with the customer and provide a Completion Checklist that outlines all agreed work.

• The customer is expected to inspect the work and raise any concerns at that time.
• Once the checklist is signed, the customer confirms that the work has been completed to their satisfaction and that there are no outstanding issues or complaints.
• After sign-off, All In One Renovation Ltd. is not liable for further issues unless covered by the stated warranty.


7. Customer Behaviour

To ensure a safe and professional working environment, we expect the following from our customers:
Respectful Conduct: Treat our team members with courtesy and respect. Abuse or harassment will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of services.
Safety: Do not interfere with ongoing work or access restricted areas.
Timely Communication: Provide necessary information and respond promptly to project-related queries.


8. Payment Compliance

Customers must ensure timely payment of all agreed fees according to the contract. Failure to comply may result in project delays, additional charges, or contract termination without refund.


9. Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen site conditions.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the contract.


10. Customer Obligations

• Ensure the worksite is accessible during agreed working hours.
• Obtain necessary permissions (e.g. planning approvals), unless agreed otherwise.
• Disclose any known pre-existing conditions that may affect the work.


11. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used strictly for project management and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.


12. Dispute Resolution

• We encourage open, honest communication to resolve disputes informally.
• Where required, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in England.


13. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
